The Data Controller is the Albini family, owner of the Tramontana, Libeccio, Scirocco and Zefiro apartments, based in Via Montauti 1C, 55042 Forte dei Marmi (LU), Italy. For any request regarding the processing of personal data, please write to info@fortedeimarmiholidays.com.
Through the contact form on the "Contact" page we collect name, email address, subject and any message, solely to respond to the information or availability request received. We do not profile visitors or send promotional communications without specific, separate consent.
The processing of data collected through the contact form is based on the explicit consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given via the dedicated checkbox when submitting the request.
The site uses Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited) to load the Fraunces and Inter typefaces. Your browser may contact Google's servers, resulting in transmission of your IP address. The "Contact" page also embeds a Google Maps map to show the location of the apartments: loading that page causes your browser to contact Google's servers, which may set their own technical cookies. See Google's privacy policy for details. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising tools.
Data collected through the contact form is stored for as long as necessary to handle the request and, subsequently, for the period required by applicable tax and civil law in the event of a confirmed booking.
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing at any time by writing to the Data Controller at the contacts above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
